Big Cindy

Two of us were crushed by Big Cindy.
After some warmup exercises and stretches Slow Pitch and I each grabbed a cinder block for a 4-Corners workout around the church building.
Round 1 – 5 Manmakers at each corner
Round 2 – 10 Curls
Round 3 – 15 Erkins/Derkins
                  Erkins on corners 1 & 3
                  Derkins on corners 2 & 4
Round 4 – 20 Goblet Squats
Round 5 – 15 Merkins
                  Left hand on cindy 1&3
                  Right hand on Cindy 2&4
Round 6 –  10 Curls

We finished with the COT.
