We started with some light stretching, then 10 cherry pickers in cadence then mosey to the flag pole for the pledge. Another short mosey to the rock garden for 20 dirkins and 15 dips in cadence. Mosey to the auditorium for The Thang
We had a refresher class on how to play cards F3 style. Each suite type dictated the exercise and then the card face value dictated the number of reps. Our selected exercises were, merkins, planks, carolina dock and alternating shoulder taps. All 13 PAC had a chance to draw a card then we mosed around the building one time and went for round two. Wow, time flys when you get playing cards with your friends. N
