“The Thang” today was a rolling roll.
We covered about 3 miles in pieces of 100-200 yards. At each stop, doing what we do;
SSH and some stretching
Windmills and some stetching
25 Burpees OYO
Now for the “Rolling” part of the rolling roll…
We worked up to five exercises at each stop. At the sixth stop, we did exercises 2-6, at the seventh, exercises 3-7, etc…

Checking in with guys as to what’s going on in their lives, as a 10 count while doing people chairs at various stops. Also got in some AMRAP pull-ups.
