All in cadence: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Merkins, Peter Parker Peters.
As YHC had a Shieldlock meeting at Panera Bread just after this workout, it was determined beforehand we (YHC) would just stick around the business park just behind BTC. Some miles were put in and some boot was had. Below is what YHC did.
YHC ran some miles and stopped 5 times for a round of Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Ab exercises all in cadence. Each time we stopped, the exercises got a little harder.
Then YHC ran back to the AO for the COT.
