My first time to lead the JOC. It was a chilly Wednesday morning with a slight mist in the air. At one point it looked like tinsel was falling from the sky. I gave a quick disclaimer as there were no fng’s present and we began.
- Right hand High
- Left hand High
- 6 inches
From here we moseyed to the top parking lot next to the BMX track and looped around to the far end at post#1.
I stole my own idea from Camino the week before and just switched up the exercises. We used the lighted and numbered post (1-19) in the RV parking lot as our markers. The reps corresponded with each post. After each exercise we looped back around to post #1. These reps gradually built and began to wear on us.
- Squats (Toy Soldiers to next Post)
Total count for each was 190.
We moseyed over to the main entrance (office) to the BMX track for some core all in Cadence.
- Flutters 25
- LBC’S 20
- Freddy Mercury’s 20
- American Hammers 25
Back to the COT for announcements, prayers and praises.
I encourage all PAX to get out and lead an AO you don’t frequent. You will be better for it. Even though it took a week for me to write this backblast I can vividly remember the fun, mumblechatter, and comradarie had on this morning.
Once again I am the beneficiary of leading a workout. Thanks men!
