It was an honor again to be asked by Catfish to Q this solid group of HIMs at the Petra Ruck group on this wet & cold gloom. Today 2 chose to go with the Bootcampers and 7 decided to Ruck with YHC. After YHC gave the F3 Disclaimer we began with the following.
We Ruck Marched 2×2 over to the front of Luigi & Sons where I had previously placed a Board of Pain that we were to do with the Rucks on at all times. Then we performed the following exercises in cadence: Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Merkins, & Peter Parker Peters.
At the Board we partnered while Partner 1 made their way out by way of what was stated in the movement section Partner 2 stayed back to perform the exercises. Then flapjacked. We moved our ways down the Board throughout the total of 40 minutes with enough time to return to the COT.
Movement Exercises: Side Shuffle, Karaoke, Butt Kickers, High Knees, Ruck Run.
Exercises at Board: Low Slow Squats, CDD’s, Alternating Lunges, Flutters w/Press, Ruck Thrusters, Curls, Tricep Ext., Lateral Lunges, American Hammers, Overhead Press, Ruck Swing, Man Makers.
