A stolen workout from a popular cross fit workout. 10 minutes of AMRAP 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups 15 squats. After this was done, divided into 3 teams on the Bball courts to do do some suicide relay races. Winning team got a special reward. We then did some boats and canoes and box cutters and then did some Indian running back to the AO.
The winning relay team picked some ab exercises with a few LBCs, American hammers and gunslingers. Jailbreak back to the AO. it was a beautiful day and an honor to lead. thanks fellas.
