A pyramid repeat at Independence

YHC was on tap for the Q at #Bunker Hill last week and manage to have a muscle spasm less than a third of the way through the workout, well I had to modify the majority of the work and wasn’t able to complete my wienkie… Well, I had the opportunity to run back through this pyramid and get through it this time.

 

We started these with our loop using the stairs off of Scholars walk because stairs!

The exercise pyramid was as follows:

  • 5 burpees
  • lap
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg
  • lap
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins
  • lap
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins, 20 irkins
  • lap
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins, 20 irkins, 25 dips
  • lap
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins, 20 irkins, 25 dips, 30 low slow squats
  • mosey to stairs in front of Byrnes Auditorium
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins, 20 irkins, 25 dips, 30 low slow squats, 35 calf raises
  • mosey to stairs in front of Dinkins Hall
  • 5 burpees, 10 step ups each leg, 15 derkins, 20 irkins, 25 dips, 30 low slow squats, 35 calf raises, 40 overhead claps
  • mosey to COT
