On May 29th, 10 men of The Rock unpartook of the fart sack and braved the fear of rain for a solid Q by Bull. The PAX were rewarded with a steamy morning without a drop of rain, although there was plenty of sweat. As it so happened, The Cucumber Gang were away with leave, as I heard Apache was running the show over at Eagle’s Nest. Also a note, Polymer continued his quest for pre-run greatness. It was good to have Bull back at the helm again after all the P200 training. He decided to work the PAX in sets of 3. And with that, on to…
Set #1: Side-straddle hops, Plank jankes, Seal jacks. 21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps. We took a lap around the parking lot.
Set #2: Merkins, Tricep extensions, two arm curls. 21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps. We took a lap around the parking lot.
Set #3: Goblet squats, Surrenders, KB swings. 21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps. We took a lap around the parking lot. (Those surrenders were a monster).
Set #4: KB presses, two arm curls, Tricep extensions. 21 reps, 15 reps, 9 reps. You guessed it! Lap around the parking lot.
Set #5: Ab LAB! 6 inches, Box cutters, Freddy Mercury. 21 count, 15 count and we were out of time with a short lap half way around the parking lot.
Thanks to Bull for leading the PAX. Whitney out!
