Don’t let a little rain slow you down

10 pax showed up despite consistently wet conditions. The temps weren’t so bad that we couldn’t just enjoy the water and get in a good workout.

Mosey around the building

Quick 10 count for a wall sit on the backside before mosey back to the start.

The Thang

7 sets of exercises completed while one PAX ran a lap around the medians. Each PAX did AMRAP on the exercise and then moved to the next slot when the runner finished.

Each PAX completed an AMRAP of:

  • Rows
  • Skull Crushers
  • Figure 8’s
  • Around the world
  • Swings
  • Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Kettlebell Merkins
  • High Knees
  • Calf Raises
  • Cleans
  • Curls
  • Tricep Extensions
  • Turkish Getups or Travoltas

Mosey across the parking lot sans bells. Stop to do 10 pullups then 20 Dips I.C.

Mosey back to the COT for some Mary

  • 20 American Hammers- I.C.
  • 20 Flutters with bell presses
  • 10 Big Boy situps

Nice work and push today despite the less than favorable conditions. We talked about how the rain is a reminder of the word of the month which is renewal. The rain washes things away and makes them clean like the blood of Jesus.
