Started out on this drizzly, cool morning with a slow warm up jog down sidewalk of Dave Lyle. Stopped at corner of Annie Ln. to complete warmup with side straddles and a few stretches. Looped around to Charlotte Av. took right on Edgemont to the veterans area of Glencairn. 5 burpees at each branch of military plus Pow/Mia high stepping it up ramp between branches (6 loops in all). Paid our respects at the flagpole and continued around Glencairn back across Charlotte to Oakland to Peoples intersection. Held plank while everyone knocked out 10 pull ups. Mosied down Peoples to Charlotte to the parking garage. 100 lbcs later we “nur”ed our way to the top of the parking garage. Ran back down and ran up stairs. Back down and ran to Fountain Park where we did 20 Irkins, Dirkins, and Merkins each. Bear crawled across lawn to other side of park. Made our way back to AO by way of Black St to Dave Lyle. I had 3.95 miles on watch but some GPS was blocked in parking garage.
