Struggled for the few days leading up to Old Town trying to figure out what to do. Wanted to get mileage in for P200 prep, but wasn’t happy with any route I had come up with. Also had a backup plan in case we had some non-P200 guys show up. The night before, Big House texted me about miles, and made a semi-suggestion for “reverse Wall Street” so that turned into the game plan.
A quick warm up (20x side straddle hops, with some right over left/left over right action, and the run was on. We made it down Oakland to India Hook, most of us making it all the way to Wall Street before turning around and enjoying the hill that is India Hook twice in ten minutes. Left with a quick cool-down stretch, Name-a-rama and COT.
