March 6, 2018 was a great day for some kettle bells. Not too hot, not too cold, and the rain held off until the very end. You wouldn’t know it looking at Popeye. The man put in some miles immediately prior to this video, 6 to be exact. Looks like P200 prep is going well for him.
On to the Thang. Triad ran the show for his VQ. We proceeded as follows:
15 Side Straddle Hops, as is tradition. Then we did some stretches for the McWorkout to follow.
Triad then brought in a new one to the rest of us: The Dirty McTreis. The week before, Atticus had shown us the value of the Dirty McDeuce. Today, we did one more than McDeuce.
12 KB swings, 12 John Deeres, 12 KB squats, then a run to the building. We did these McTreises McFour times. I think that’s how it works?
Next, we did a AB McTreis with 10 LBCs, 10 American Hammers, 10 Plank Pull Throughs, followed by a run to Academy. Again, McFour times.
The McTreises take a lot longer than you think. We brought it back in for a McBallofMan, and McPrayers and Praises. SO to Vuvuzela with the good news, Prayers for Herbie, the Hayes family, and the others mentioned.
