Today’s workout was brought to you by the #50. We started out with a larger group but several decided to focus on running instead for the P200. Workout is below. I shared a few verses on Lose and Grief. Keep Van Damne’s son in your prayers as he goes into surgery.

Run a lap then repeat

Plank 7 X 10 Count (mix of 6 inches, honeymooners and regular plank)
Run to the York Tech Benches

Slow Mosey approximately 1 mile – around the tech park loop
Back to COT – Ab lab – 50/40/30 LBC, American hammers, Flutters(3 versions – Thanks Iron Sight for leading the Flutters)
In the end we ended up with about 3 miles of run with some tough boot in between.
