Kettlebells and Hills – better late than never!

Fine morning in the gloom for a Kettlebell swinging good time. I’ve only been to Iron Academy twice and I was stoked about being able to lead the fine HIM that post there!

The Thang
Mosey to hill at left side entrance

Ladder workout, do below exercises decreasing by 1 rep every round and run the hill between sets

10 –  Kettlebell Swings, Squats, Squats, Rows, Curls and Press, Tricep extension and high pulls. Then run hill and do 1 Burpee.
Decrease to 9 reps of above, run hill and do 2 burpees. Continue until 1 rep of each exercise, hill run and 10 Burpees.

Mosey back to COT, had about 2 minutes left and closed it out with American Hammers until time!
