Thirteen and possibly hearty, probably crazy souls convened to the “one and a halfth” version of the PHOP Games. Several were unaware of the 0500 start, but that was not a problem.
Warm ups included some “hippy stuff” as we did Hillbilly Walkers and Imperial Walkers, and then it was down to business.
For the uninitiated the PHOP Games are a celebration of unity, love, and pain. Mostly pain.
The format is 2 minutes AMRAP on the following exercises.
- Hammer Swings
- Tire Flips
- Bear Crawl
- Cinder block presses
- Cinder block shrugs
- Cinder block swing
