PHOP Games 1.5

Thirteen and possibly hearty, probably crazy souls convened to the “one and a halfth” version of the PHOP Games.  Several were unaware of the 0500 start, but that was not a problem.

Warm ups included some “hippy stuff” as we did Hillbilly Walkers and Imperial Walkers, and then it was down to business.

For the uninitiated the PHOP Games are a celebration of unity, love, and pain. Mostly pain.

The format is 2 minutes AMRAP on the following exercises.

  • LBCs
  • SSH
  • Burpees
  • Hammer Swings
  • Tire Flips
  • Bear Crawl
  • Cinder block presses
  • Cinder block shrugs
  • Cinder block swing

Spoiler: When you take almost 4 months off you tend to finish poorly in the PHOP Games.
