Pacman and Cornerstone at the Patriot

Started with a nice warmup of 5 SSH then we started our mosey, every .20 miles we stopped and a different warmup style exercise all while working toy soliders, karaoke and butt kickers.

Went to the small field and partnered up, one partner runs length of the field and nurs back while other partner does burpees to get a total of 100 burpees

Next four corners with merkins in every corner of the field 25 each diamonds, wide arm, regular, hand release and jail break between each cone

Turned it over to cornerstone and we moseyed back to the coliseum and Cornerstone spoke about control and making choices to shape your path this portion of the Q was as follows and was all set up around the corners of the coliseum:

Back in the COT I gave props to everyone as this was my one year F3 workout and a good bit of the Pax there were also there on my first weekend. This F3 thing means a lot to me and I thanked each of them for the continuous push I get from these High Impact Males. Pacman out!
