My first time posting here as I am always Fia’d on Mondays but I was honored when asked to Q here by Ringo. Started off with your warmup as follows:
Walk Out Merkins(inch Worms)
Mosey to football field and we did as follows: 100 Yard Dash then 100 SSHs, run back to start point to plank/wait for six; 75 yard dash then 75 mountain climbers, run back to start point to plank/wait for six; 50 yard dash then 50 LBCs, run back to start point to plank/wait for six; 25 yard dash then 25 Merkins, run back to start point to plank/wait for six; 10 yard dash then 10 burpees, run back to start point and plank/wait for six.
Afterwards we went to the track and did Catch me if you can with burpees and nurs with Two partners. Partner 1 performs 5 Burpees, and then sprints to catch the Partner 2, who has been running backwards. We repeated for one full lap.
Back to the ballfield we did Jack webs 1:4 Ratio with merkins and overhead claps up to 10 merkins.
Found a hill behind the track and 11s on the hill squats at bottom smurf jacks up top.
Headed to the ring in the center for merkins erkins and dips then Apache led us to stairwell where we did derkins down the railing around the stairs, headed back to COT.
Really enjoyed coming out to this new growing AO I hope to make it back soon so I can check out these pullup bars I hear about!
