Mosey to grass by student center, picking up rock

Running reps to top of hill and back down;

At bottom, reps of curls, overhead press, triceps extensions (15x each)

At top, 5 Merkins

Mosey to COT, pausing for 10 each Urkins and Durkins off bench in park area.

At COT, ended with a little Sally; PAX choice of Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, or Squats.
