Always exciting to Q at Night at the Museum- I like the concept of extending the gloom. This Q might not have had all of the development that I normally apply to my Qs, but I knew about it for less than 7 hours before it started and my original plan was blown up by the football team taking up the field.

Fortunately I saw a huge hill on the way in and started developing some plans. I think it worked out ok.

Circle Up- No FNGs- Modified version of the disclaimer and then away we went

Arm Circles (little then big)

Reverse Arm Circle (little then big)

Right over left, left over right

Mosey down and up the hill

Circle Up:

LBCs and American Hammers- both IC

Mosey- Imperial Walkers for the six

Short discussion on leadership and control. I shared a quote by Alexander the Great that felt appropriate to me:  An army of sheep led by a lionwill defeat an army of lions led by a sheep.

Mosey- Merkans for the six

10 Burpees

Indian Run

Stop and gather some coupons 15 curls, 15 triceps extensions, 15 bent over rows, 15 kettlebell swings, throw the rocks back into the ditch

Mosey back to the AO

People’s Chair, B2TW, People’s Chair, B2TW

Modified ring of fire- each man goes down and stays at six inches. Pass that all the way around, then return to the high plank. This means that the motion has to travel all the way around the circle twice to count as one merkan.

Circle up: LBCs, Flutter Kicks, American Hammers

15 burpees

A little broga to settle us down

All told I covered a little over 2.5 miles and slept well that night.

Appreciate the chance to lead men.

Don’t forget to post at PHOP!
