It is YHC’s honor to lead the workout at The Tavern. It was my intent to lead this workout back on June 22nd the day before my actual F3 one year anniversary, but due to my knee injury I was not able to lead that day. Back in June I left you in the very capable care of Mr. Big Stuff who EH’d one year ago. This workout was inspired by Sgt. York who Q’d my very first workout at The Tavern. It contains many of the same routines that were part of his Q. I remember how much I hurt the few days following that first workout. The saying goes, “it doesn’t get easier, we get stronger.”  This is true.

The Thang:

The disclaimer was given and we were off. I may have been jacked with a bit of Qdrenaline and jumped the gun on the starting time. Cracker Jack came in hot as we started our mosey. Sorry, Cracker Jack. Mr. Big Stuff stayed behind to wait for him while the rest of us moseyed to the parking lot beside Papa John’s for a warmup.
