YHC had the privilege of leading 19 HIMs in the gloom this cool (66 F) morning. Having just had my VQ at ManU last week, I was much more comfortable leading the PAX. YHC gave the disclaimer and seeing no FNGs we were off.

    • Moroccan Night Clubs – 20 (4 ct)
    • SSH – 20 (4 ct)
    • Plank for 30 sec

YHC put PAX in groups of 4 (luckily there were 20 of us to keep things even). The idea was to keep together as a group and not worry about getting in the most reps or running the fastest time on the mosey.

      • 2 partners run around the Tillmans Loop
      • 2 partners do 10 irkins, 10 dips, 10 squats, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups, Plank till partners get back
      • Switch
    • Apache 10 Count
    • Mosey to stairs on N of McBride Hall
    • 3 Cycles of the following:
      • 2 partners run the fire escape steps up to door and back down
      • 2 partners do loop around parking lot next to dorm on the north, plank till partners get back
