Thank you to the 20 other PAX who showed up to The Commons on this extremely nice gloom to share in some great fellowship and a little suffering. Thank you to Jester for allowing YHC to lead this morning.
WARMUP
We began the morning with the following in cadence: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Peter Parker Peters, Merkins, and 10 6-Count Burpees.
THE THANG
We spent the entirety of the workout running around the building multiple times around the AO stopping at the front and back of the building each round with the following exercises and counts for multiple times.
500M Run
14 Jump Squats, 14 Bonnie Blairs (per leg), 14 Sit-Ups, & 14 Bombjacks.
500M Run
14 Hand Release Merkins, 14 Pike Presses, 14 Flutters (Each Leg) & 14 Burpees.
Once time was up, we commenced into the COT. The NMM was shared throughout.
